At Waahe Capital / Equinox Apartments, we are seeking a Full-Time Construction Worker specializing in multifamily housing.

Ideal candidates will be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of following instructions and timelines with ease.

Responsibilities include:

• Demolition and renovation
• Drywall installation and repair
• Painting (using machines and rollers)
• Installation of laminate flooring, baseboards, kitchen cabinets, knobs, handles, faucets, light fixtures, curtains, and blinds
• Managing and maintaining all required equipment
• Ensuring safety and proper use of tools and materials

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in construction and remodeling
• 2 years of plumbing and electrical experience
• 2 years of drywall installation and texture work
• 2 years of remodeling and renovation experience
• 2 years of flooring experience
• Valid driver's license

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Capability to carry, push, pull, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and perform fine finger dexterity
• Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and lifting heavy loads

Tools & Equipment:

• Use of standard construction tools and ladders

Salary: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
