Ideal candidates will be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions and timelines effectively. Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities include:

• Demolition and renovations
• Drywall installation and repair
• Painting (using machines and rollers)
• Installation of laminate flooring, baseboards, kitchen cabinets, knobs, handles, faucets, light fixtures, curtains, and blinds
• Managing and maintaining all necessary equipment
• Ensuring safe and effective use of equipment and materials

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in construction and remodeling
• At least 2 years of experience in plumbing and electrical work
• At least 2 years of experience in drywall installation and texture
• At least 2 years of experience in remodeling and renovation
• At least 2 years of flooring experience

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with ease
• Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and perform fine finger dexterity
• Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and lifting heavy loads

Tools & Equipment:

• Use of standard construction tools and ladders

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Compensation:

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
