With a growing portfolio of complex builds ranging from $10M to $50M, the company is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations and ensure project excellence.
Position Overview
We are hiring a Superintendent with extensive experience in managing large-scale commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare, hospitality, or municipal construction, with VA project experience strongly preferred. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive field operations, maintain safety and quality standards, and ensure timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field operations and ensure adherence to project schedules and safety protocols.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain workflow and quality.
- Manage site logistics, inspections, and compliance with healthcare and federal construction standards.
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Proven success managing projects in the $10M–$50M range.
- Strong background in healthcare, hospitality, or municipal projects.
- VA project experience is highly preferred.
- Must not have primary experience in warehouse, industrial, wood frame, retail, or restaurant construction.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel within Central Florida or the Southeast as needed.
