Green Key Resources is partnered with a well-established, Texas-based General Contractor that is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead projects in the Commercial ,Higher Education, K-12, and Religious sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled PM who excels at managing complex projects, building strong client relationships, and driving project performance from start to finish. Lead the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout Manage field teams, subcontractors, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery Take full ownership of project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Handle contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors Ensure projects meet or exceed quality, safety, and compliance standards 10–15 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction ~ Specialized experience in Higher Ed, K-12, and/or Religious facility projects ~ Expert-level understanding of construction financials and cost management ~ Proven ability to lead contract negotiation and administration ~ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
