Construction Litigation Attorney Job at Beacon Hill in Philadelphia

Beacon Hill is actively seeking a Construction Defect Associate.

This opportunity is ideal for a highly skilled attorney with at least 6-10 years of experience in commercial litigation and Construction Defect Litigation who thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

• Manage all phases of sophisticated commercial litigation, from pre-trial investigations to final resolution
• Work closely with a diverse group of attorneys in the commercial construction and community association practices
• Handle a wide range of litigation matters
• Have substantial experience in both state and federal courts (background in administrative matters and arbitration is highly beneficial)
• Manage all aspects of discovery, preparing pleadings, and developing litigation strategies
• Conduct depositions, argue motions, represent clients in mediation and arbitration, and maintain open, strong communication with clients throughout the litigation process
• Have ability to balance multiple high-priority cases while delivering excellent service and strategic execution
