Assistant Superintendent – Large-Scale Construction Projects &##128205; We’re seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support daily field operations on large-scale construction projects. This role is hands-on, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while working closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients. Assist with coordinating daily site activities, safety, and inspections. Perform quality checks and support subcontractor coordination. Maintain logs, records, and operational data. Help resolve issues and support recovery plans to keep projects on track. 4+ years of construction experience. ~ Strong organizational, supervision, and communication skills. ~ Ability to work on multi-discipline projects.
