(www.lso-inc.com) is in North Orange County in the city of Brea, California. Life Science Outsourcing, Inc (LSO) is a contract manufacturer of medical devices with in-built capabilities to offer clients full-service solutions through our six divisions. Clients rely on LSO to perform all activities required to introduce their products to market, from sourcing to drop shipping.
We are currently seeking a self-motivated Sales Representative with positive, engagement and collaborative energy to join our team and support the continued growth of the New Hampshire Facility. The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling products or services to customers and meeting sales goals. The role involves a variety of tasks, including generating leads, identifying customer needs, presenting products, and closing sales.

BASIC FUNCTION
- A Sales Representative is responsible for selling products or services to customers and meeting sales goals. The role involves a variety of tasks, including generating leads, identifying customer needs, presenting products, and closing sales.
- Assist LSO to produce Quality Products, on time and within budget.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).
- Qualify leads to determine potential customers.
- Customer Engagement:
- Meet with customers to understand their needs, provide product or service information, and offer solutions.
- Develop relationships with existing and potential clients to build trust and loyalty.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Present products or services to clients in a compelling and informative way.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Sales Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
- Close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting:
- Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in CRM systems.
- Report on sales performance, forecast future sales, and track progress toward targets.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies.
- Gather feedback from customers to identify potential improvements or new product opportunities.
- Customer Support:
- Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale, including troubleshooting, returns, or any issues they may face.
- Minimum high school diploma or 10 Years equivalent experience is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field or 4 years of equivalent experience (preferred).
- Sales Experience in the medical device manufacturing industry (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
- Proven Ability to proactively identify client issues and develop solutions.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Self-Motivated and Proactive
- Proven negotiation skills and persuasion abilities
- Proven utilization of CRM, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Must be physically able to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Must have the ability to walk up and down stairs repeatedly and walk extended distances as needed.
