- Business Development & Sales
- Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Sell material handling or dock & door solutions (based on division) to both existing customers and prospects within your region
- Identify and generate leads through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and leveraging market knowledge
- Present professional corporate business proposals and executive presentations
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain meaningful business relationships with clients and decision makers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, driving retention and loyalty
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
- Sales Administration & Quoting
- Produce accurate and competitive quotations using internal system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Conduct product demonstrations for potential and existing customers
- Track activity, forecasts, and industry trends using CRM tools
- Including all other responsibilities/duties as assigned
- 2+ years of relevant sales experience in a B2B environment - material handling or dock & door experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Ability to develop strong business relationships with corporate clients and decision makers
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing deals
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record - daily travel required
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on various roles as part of the sales team
- Knowledge of material handling, industrial warehousing, or industrial equipment is a plus
