Pure Barre is the national leader in barre fitness with over 500 franchise locations across the U.S. and Canada. We are expanding our team and seek a qualified Sales Representative focused on driving sales and service excellence to grow our community. This role involves daily client interactions and creating a supportive environment.

Position:

The Sales Representative assists the General Manager by generating new memberships through relationship building, providing positive experiences, and guiding prospects through the sales process. The role also involves retaining current members and delivering exceptional customer service. Experience in boutique fitness is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales
• Conduct facility tours, establishing relationships and understanding client goals
• Maintain personal sales targets
• Promote the club's fitness and wellness objectives
• Present services to prospective and current members
• Schedule and achieve monthly sales goals
• Participate in community events to promote the studio
• Develop selling skills
• Process transactions accurately
• Follow up with prospects
• Manage retail inventory
• Complete training programs
• Create social media content
• Perform light cleaning duties
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Warm, engaging personality
• Ability to build relationships
• Goal-oriented with sales experience in memberships, retail, or training
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Ability to learn ClubReady software
• Excellent communication skills (in person, phone, email)
• Organized with multi-tasking ability
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient computer skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation & Perks:

• Base pay plus commission

Hourly rate: $12.00 - $16.00
