Pure Barre is the national leader in barre fitness with over 500 franchise locations across the United States and Canada. We are expanding our team and seeking a qualified Sales Representative focused on driving sales and service excellence to grow our community. This role involves daily client interaction and fostering a supportive environment.

Position:

The Sales Representative assists the General Manager by generating new memberships through relationship building, providing positive experiences, and guiding prospects through the sales process. The role also involves retaining current members and delivering exceptional customer service. Experience in boutique fitness is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales
• Tour the facility, establish relationships, and understand client goals
• Maintain personal sales targets
• Promote the club as a fitness and wellness provider
• Present services to current and prospective members
• Schedule appointments to meet sales goals
• Participate in community events to promote the studio
• Develop selling skills
• Process transactions accurately
• Follow up with prospects
• Manage retail inventory
• Complete training programs
• Take social media photos
• Light cleaning duties
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Welcoming and engaging personality
• Ability to build customer relationships
• Goal-oriented with sales experience in memberships, retail, or training
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Ability to use ClubReady software
• Excellent communication skills (in person, phone, email)
• Organized with multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient computer skills
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Availability for one evening shift weekly and rotating weekend shifts
