Overview

Join to apply for the Sales Representative role at Land 'N' Sea Distributing, Inc.. We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative to cover and grow an existing territory. Our ideal candidate will live in the Riverside, CA area (middle territory) to effectively service customers within this territory.

Responsibilities

• Calling on existing accounts, and establishing new accounts by cold calling or with leads supplied by the company within the assigned territory.
• Sell, manage, and implement product and marketing programs, and forecast demand for new and existing products.
• Provide knowledge of products and marketing strategies to a diversified customer base.
• Support dealer retail and distributor sales activity to achieve maximum sales and market share in the assigned territory; maintain up-to-date information on dealer accounts.
• Monitor market information and communicate insights to Management. Upsell and cross-sell, suggesting product substitutes where applicable.
• Execute sales and marketing programs and services.
• Handle customer complaints and exception requests with minimal management intervention.
• Maintain internal working relationships with credit, technical service manager, customer service, sales coordinators, sales directors, and marketing manager.
• Travel for sales calls to territory customers and attendance at regional boat shows and sales meetings as deemed appropriate.

Compensation & Benefits

This position is 100% commission-based, with earnings based on performance and sales achievements. Actual earnings depend on factors including your sales skills, experience, market conditions, and individual performance.
