This position will be paid on a salaried basis and is considered exempt from overtime. The annual salary range after training is approximately $52,680.00 to $84,000.00, with opportunities to participate in incentive plans.

As a Relief Sales Representative, you will promote sales of Anheuser-Busch products, maintain customer relations, support sales and merchandising, and assist with product rotation and shelf sets.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
• Visit accounts daily to take inventory and restock shelves.
• Order appropriate products based on sales and store needs.
• Become an expert on core product lines.
• Sell in Point of Sale New Products.
• Track displays and PFP (Pay for Performance).
• Ensure product quality control, including date checks and stock rotation.

Abilities

• Be organized, focused, patient, and flexible.
• Work well independently with excellent customer service skills.
• Maintain a sense of urgency and drive for results while upholding the company’s brand.
• Self-motivated with high integrity, capable of performing duties with minimal supervision.
• Ability to perform basic calculations involving decimals and whole numbers.

Physical Demands

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Climb stairs/ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, reach.
• See clearly at close range, with peripheral vision and depth perception.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and carry/load 165 lb kegs.
• Work in various environments, including coolers and enclosed spaces.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Pre-employment physical ability test required.
