What You'll Do
As a Sales Representative, you’ll build rapport with customers to ensure customer satisfaction by guiding them in their vehicle purchases. Using excellent communication and listening skills, you will help customers select the right vehicle and negotiate payment terms to meet their lifestyle and budget. You will drive customer loyalty by following up to ensure their experience is top-notch and help transition customers to the Service Department for their vehicle needs.
Sales Representative Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience
- Proven track record of strong sales
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts.
