As an Automotive Sales Associate, you'll build relationships, become a product expert, and close deals. We’re looking for sales professionals for our Castle Hyundai, Mazda, and VW dealerships in Downers Grove.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative, you’ll build rapport with customers to ensure satisfaction by guiding them in their vehicle purchases. Using excellent communication and listening skills, you will help customers select the right vehicle and negotiate payment terms to meet their lifestyle and budget. You will drive customer loyalty by following up to make sure their experience is top‑notch and help transition customers to the Service Department for their vehicle needs.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience
• Proven track record of strong sales
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts.
