Compensation: $36K base pay plus bonus with total compensation up to $60K+ per year

In this role you will be our customers' first point of contact, responsible for answering high volume inbound calls while maintaining a positive, and professional attitude towards customers at all times. Communicating with customers through various channels, generating sales leads and conversion, and transferring to a licensed mortgage consultant.
What You Will Bring
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative (example: call center, collections)
- Track record of exceeding quotas
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of people
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
- Manage high volume inbound and outbound calls
- Manage high volume inbound service calls i.e. customer complaints, accounting questions, update on their loans, etc. to assist the customers
- Generate sales leads to mortgage consultants
- Assist the Mortgage Consultants by gathering documents from the customer, & labeling documents correctly to move forward
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve superior customer satisfaction
- Schedule appointments for Closings
- Schedule appointments for files in a variety of statuses with the appropriate parties to get the file moving forward
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication via phone, email, text
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers (Collect and implement customer feedback in an efficient/timely manner)
- Manage pipeline in order to ensure leads are converting
- Must be able available to work between the hours 6am - 8pm MST Mon - Fri and 8am-5p MST Sat - Sun.
