We Want You If You Have Experience In

• Debt collection – You know how to take control of a conversation and close under pressure.
• Student loan sales or servicing – You’ve mastered explaining financial products and navigating objections.
• Solar sales – You’ve built trust quickly over the phone and know how to sell value.
• SEO or digital marketing sales – You’re persuasive, articulate, and comfortable selling intangibles.

What You\'ll Do

• Engage with warm, inbound leads and walk them through VSC options
• Overcome objections and explain coverage benefits clearly and confidently
• Close sales over the phone and hit or exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPIs
• Maintain accurate CRM records

Requirements

• 1+ year of inside sales, call center, or phone-based closing experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Competitive, goal-driven mindset
• Ability to work full-time on-site in a high-energy sales environment

Bonus if you have

• Experience selling insurance, or warranty services
• Proven history of exceeding quotas and earning commissions

Location: Costa Mesa, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm PST
Compensation: Base or commission
