Benefits/Perks/Schedule:
- Money - Hourly pay + bonuses for successful lead generation. Starting between $12.50–$15.00/hr base pay + weekly performance bonuses for booked estimates and completed jobs. All reps are W-2 part-time employees.
- Work comfortably and casually. Shine t-shirts, sweatshirts and polo shirts are all provided to you for free.

Job Summary:
Each day you will:
- Engage with homeowners & businesses to educate them about Shine’s services.
- Distribute flyers, door hangers, and promotional materials in target areas.
- Respond to customer inquiries, follow up, suggest needed services, and close leads
- Schedule and perform free estimates for interested customers.
- Perform other marketing projects to increase sales.
- Track canvassing activity and provide daily reports to the team.
- Be an ambassador for the Shine brand at events and in the community!

As a Canvassing Representative, you’ll be the face of Shine in the community, so bringing positive energy and a great attitude is a must!
Qualifications:
As a Canvassing Representative, you’ll be an essential part of our local marketing team, helping to spread the word about Shine’s window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and holiday lighting services. You’ll visit neighborhoods and businesses, introduce potential customers to Shine, and help generate high-quality leads for our sales team.
Your qualifications include:
- A great personality & people skills – You love talking to new people!
- Reliable & self-motivated – You take initiative and work well independently.
- Professional appearance – Shine-branded apparel will be provided.
- Ability to walk outdoors for extended periods – Canvassing is an active job!
- Comfortable using a mobile device – To track leads, schedule appointments, and
- Good Driving record
- Previous sales or customer service experience (a plus, but not required).
