Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to sell exclusive products, which include pre-arranged appointments
• Servicing customers at shows or events on an occasional basis
• Develop proposals in accordance with YHIC standards and present them to customers, reviewing them in detail
• Engage customers by adapting to their buying style, using proven sales techniques and a consultative approach
• Initiate and approve all documentation to complete sales orders and handle HOA approvals
• Consistently work toward acquiring new business by generating leads and following up on them
• Attend team meetings to review department goals and strategies
• Work with Sales Manager to develop annual sales goals
• Attend mandatory virtual basic training and other training to stay up to date
• Generate own referrals based on market
• Maintain professionalism and be reliable and punctual in reporting to appointments
• See sales through to completion and handle communications and issues
• Run leads as assigned and visit installations to upsell additional YHIC products
• Travel within radius of YHIC locations and work both independently and as a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to develop relationships with customers

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of outside sales experience
• Valid Driver’s License
