Responsibilities
- Meet with customers to sell exclusive products, including pre-arranged appointments, and use company-provided AI software in-home
- Service customers at shows or events on an occasional basis
- Develop proposals in accordance with YHIC standards and present them to customers, reviewing them in detail
- Engage customers by adapting to their buying style using proven sales techniques and a consultative approach
- Initiate and approve all documentation to complete sales orders and handle HOA approvals
- Generate leads, follow up on them, and pursue new business
- Attend team meetings to review department goals and strategies
- Work with the Sales Manager to develop annual sales goals
- Attend mandatory virtual training and stay up to date on training materials
- Generate own referrals based on market
- Maintain professionalism on the job and be reliable and punctual
- Visit installs and attempt to sell additional YHIC products
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Develop relationships with customers with strong written and verbal communication
- Travel within radius of YHIC locations
- Present a smart, professional appearance
Qualifications
- 0-1 years of outside sales experience
- Valid driver’s license

- Attends team and trainings to stay aligned with goals
- Works with Sales Manager to set annual goals
- Travel as needed within station radius
- Maintains professionalism and reliability in scheduling and communication
