Responsibilities

  • Meet with customers to sell exclusive products, including pre-arranged appointments, and use company-provided AI software in-home
  • Service customers at shows or events on an occasional basis
  • Develop proposals in accordance with YHIC standards and present them to customers, reviewing them in detail
  • Engage customers by adapting to their buying style using proven sales techniques and a consultative approach
  • Initiate and approve all documentation to complete sales orders and handle HOA approvals
  • Generate leads, follow up on them, and pursue new business
  • Attend team meetings to review department goals and strategies
  • Work with the Sales Manager to develop annual sales goals
  • Attend mandatory virtual training and stay up to date on training materials
  • Generate own referrals based on market
  • Maintain professionalism on the job and be reliable and punctual
  • Visit installs and attempt to sell additional YHIC products
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Develop relationships with customers with strong written and verbal communication
  • Travel within radius of YHIC locations
  • Present a smart, professional appearance

Qualifications

  • 0-1 years of outside sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license

  • Works with Sales Manager to set annual goals
  • Travel as needed within station radius
  • Maintains professionalism and reliability in scheduling and communication
