What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline in your territory
  • Execute 20+ cold outreach activities per day (calls, emails, site visits, etc.)
  • Conduct 5+ discovery meetings per week
  • Deliver 3+ high-quality presentations per week to decision-makers
  • Own the full sales cycle — from first contact to signed proposal
  • Host regular client lunches and strengthen key relationships
  • Hit clear, progressive sales targets — with no cap on earnings

Sales Benchmarks

  • Year 1: $800K total sales ($300K in service/maintenance)
  • Year 2: $1M total ($250K in service)
  • Year 3: $1.5M total ($300K in service)
  • Year 4: $2.5M total ($1M in service)
  • Year 5: $3.5M total ($1.25M in service)

Compensation

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
  • Realistic Year 1 earnings: $100,000–$120,000
