What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a sales pipeline in your territory
- Execute 20+ cold outreach activities per day (calls, emails, site visits, etc.)
- Conduct 5+ discovery meetings per week
- Deliver 3+ high-quality presentations per week to decision-makers
- Own the full sales cycle — from first contact to signed proposal
- Host regular client lunches and strengthen key relationships
- Hit clear, progressive sales targets — with no cap on earnings
Sales Benchmarks
- Year 1: $800K total sales ($300K in service/maintenance)
- Year 2: $1M total ($250K in service)
- Year 3: $1.5M total ($300K in service)
- Year 4: $2.5M total ($1M in service)
- Year 5: $3.5M total ($1.25M in service)

Compensation
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
- Realistic Year 1 earnings: $100,000–$120,000
