Responsibilities

  • Meet with customers to sell exclusive products, including pre-arranged appointments—must always use company-provided AI software when in the home.
  • Service customers at shows or events on an occasional basis.
  • Develop proposals in accordance with YHIC standards and present them to customers, reviewing them in detail.
  • Engage customers by adapting to their buying style, using proven sales techniques and a consultative approach to effectively demonstrate YHIC’s products.
  • Initiate and approve all documentation to complete sales orders and handle HOA approvals.
  • Consistently work toward acquiring new business by generating leads and following up on them.
  • Attend team meetings to review department goals and strategies as required.
  • Work with Sales Manager to develop and meet annual sales goals.
  • Attend mandatory virtual training sessions to stay updated on all training materials.
  • Generate referrals based on market opportunities.
  • Maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Be reliable and punctual for scheduled appointments.
  • See sales through to completion, handling communications and addressing issues as needed.
  • Be available to run leads assigned on the same day.
  • Visit installs and attempt to sell additional YHIC products.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop relationships with customers.
  • Willingness to travel within YHIC locations.
  • Professional appearance and attire.
  • Experience: 0-1 years of outside sales experience.
  • Valid driver’s license.
