Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative who thrives on generating new business. This role involves cold calling, lead generation, and customer acquisition for asphalt services. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, skilled at building relationships, and driven to close deals. Prove you can close by closing us first!

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads through cold calls, door-to-door sales, and networking.
Identify and pursue opportunities with property managers, business owners, HOAs, and municipalities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Present and explain our asphalt services to potential clients.
Prepare quotes, follow up on proposals, and close sales.
Meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience (construction, asphalt, sealcoating, or related industry preferred).
Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
