The Position:
- In-home sales demonstration and presentation of our roofing, windows, and siding products.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs for remodeling and siding projects.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management.
- Perform product demonstrations and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage territory effectively, leveraging outside sales strategies to drive business development.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote services and generate leads.
Requirements
- Positive energy, professional, enthusiasm, and a big picture attitude.
- Persuasive, self-disciplined, and honest.
- Must be flexible to work weekends.
- Prior experience encouraged but not necessary.
- Go-getter attitude.
- 100k+ estimate first year earnings.
- Bonus structure.
