What We Do

In support of the sales strategy for an assigned territory, develops and retains a quality residential client base of real estate agents, brokers, lenders, builders, attorneys, and others through acquiring new business and maintaining existing customers to maximize sales volume and potential from all markets for the division's products and/or services.

What You'll Do

  1. Build client relationships, secure new orders from new customers, and expand business with existing clients.
  2. Compile lists of prospective customers for sales leads from networking, websites, newspapers, directories, ads, trade shows, and other sources; develop and execute call plans for qualified real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and attorneys.
  3. Assess individual client needs and develop, present, and implement plans to meet those needs.
  4. Attend real estate industry functions and participate in community events to increase visibility.
  5. Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop local marketing content and social media presence to support sales strategies.
  6. Create or adapt and deliver presentations to customer groups, agents, and others.
  7. Interact daily with Operations, Marketing, and Escrow teams.
  8. Communicate proactively and respond promptly to clients.

Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually

This range is an estimate based on various factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
