What We Do
Supports the Sales strategy for assigned territory by developing and retaining a quality residential client base of Real Estate Agents, Brokers, Lenders, Builders, Agents, Attorneys, and others through new business acquisition and maintaining existing customers. The goal is to maximize sales volume and develop potential from all markets for the division's products and services.
What You'll Do
- Build client relationships, secure new orders, and expand business with existing clients.
- Identify prospective customers using various sources and develop a call plan targeting qualified real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and attorneys.
- Assess client needs and develop tailored plans to meet those needs.
- Increase visibility by attending industry functions and community events.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop local marketing content and enhance social media presence.
- Create and deliver effective presentations to target audiences.
- Interact regularly with Operations, Marketing, and Escrow teams.
- Respond proactively and promptly to client inquiries.

Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually. This range is an estimate and actual pay will depend on factors like knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
