Construction Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
• Oversee subcontractor work and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Review and approve project plans, designs, and specifications.
• Coordinate with various trades including HVAC and plumbing to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
• Utilize project management software to track progress and manage project milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Sage 100).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with commercial construction projects is preferred.
