The Senior Project Manager I oversees multiple medium to large projects of moderate to high complexity. This role is accountable for project execution from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with established project controls and standards. The PM I fosters strong stakeholder relationships, proactively manages risks and issues, and ensures timely and effective outcomes.

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize project activities into manageable work efforts and determine effective approaches.
• Develop and present strategic documents (e.g., Project Charters, Communication Plans, detailed project plans).
• Define and communicate clear project scope; motivate and guide team members.
• Manage relationships with multiple business owners and team members.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and cross-project dependencies.
• Monitor and report project status within published timelines.
• Coach team members on task assignments, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ensure completion of high-quality professional deliverables.
• Facilitate creation of toolkits for field-based implementations.

• Project scheduling tools (Microsoft Project, MS Planner, Agile tools)

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience in hospital systems, supply chain, workforce management, financial services, or technical/systems is a plus.

Certifications:

• PMP preferred (not required)
