Our client, a leading Electrical Contractor specialising in mission critical construction, is seeking a driven Project Manager to join their team in Austin. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee major projects across Texas, working with a company recognised for excellence, safety, and performance.
The Role
- Lead and manage mission critical projects (data centres, high-tech facilities, etc.) from planning to closeout.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive performance and maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and project specifications.
- Travel across Texas to support projects as required.
The Person
- Proven track record as a Project Manager in the electrical contracting / mission critical sector.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems within large-scale construction projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The Package
- Base Salary: $180,000 – $200,000 (negotiable depending on experience)

- Location: Austin HQ with travel to projects across Texas
