📅 Duration: 12+ months with potential extension

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale IT projects with multiple teams and aggressive delivery timelines. This role requires strong leadership, technical project management expertise, and the ability to drive collaboration across business, technical, and vendor groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex IT projects through all phases: Preselect, Initiation, Planning, Execution & Control, and Closeout.
• Act as a hands-on technical project manager with development teams and business stakeholders.
• Manage communication across IT leadership, business units, and external partners.
• Oversee multi-functional collaboration, contract/vendor management, and procurement coordination.
• Ensure adherence to project management standards and governance requirements.
• Maintain budgets, schedules, risks, and deliverables while providing clear project metrics.
• Drive requirements documentation, design workshops, test planning, and system/application training.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years managing large multi-stream projects ($10M+ each).
• 10+ years in IT infrastructure delivery (networking, vendor management, site provisioning).
• 10+ years managing projects in both Scaled Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Proven success managing high-visibility, high-stakes projects under PMO governance.
• Strong experience coordinating with external teams and working within larger programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, MIS, Project Management, or Business/Finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Project Server).

Certifications (Required/Preferred):

• PMP Certification – Required
• VITA Certification – Highly Desired
• Agile Scrum Master Certification – Desired
• SAFe® Scrum Master Certification – Desired
