Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the medical device manufacturing space. This role will focus on managing the implementation and scale-up of a new product line within our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, experience in regulated environments, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables for the new product line launch.
• Lead project meetings, set clear expectations, and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, and regulatory teams to meet project milestones.
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues proactively.
• Serve as the central point of contact between R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and supply chain teams.
• Facilitate smooth knowledge transfer from design to manufacturing, ensuring operational readiness.
• Maintain thorough project documentation, including design history files, validation reports, and process change controls.
• Support audits and inspections related to the new product line.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Track project performance using KPIs and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and project financial forecasts.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and applying lessons learned to future initiatives.
Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of project management experience, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
