Project Manager – Commercial Construction

We are a growing General Contractor seeking a Project Manager to lead ground-up and large-scale renovation projects across commercial sectors. This role manages projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and budget are achieved.
What You’ll Do:
Lead project teams and manage subcontractors/vendors.
Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and leadership.
Ensure on-site safety and timely project delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years PM experience with a General Contractor (commercial focus).
Strong multi-project management and communication skills.
Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
Must be commutable to Waukegan, IL and willing to visit job sites.
Preferred: Degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture, OSHA 30, and experience managing self-performing crews, municipal and public works projects.
Salary range $85,000-$120,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications
