Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Salary Range: $150,000-$175,000/year

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager with expertise in modular construction to join our fast-growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized, forward-thinking professional to lead innovative projects in the modular construction space while delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end construction projects with a focus on modular construction, from initial planning through completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate all project team members, including subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Budget and Cost Control: Develop, monitor, and control project budgets, schedules, and resources, proactively managing risks and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards. Stay updated with best practices and trends in modular construction.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts where necessary, and ensure timely delivery of building components and materials.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve field issues promptly, using innovative and practical solutions to address unexpected challenges.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and managing expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process Improvements: Identify and implement efficiency improvements in modular construction processes to drive project success and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience managing construction projects, specifically with modular or prefabricated construction projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, or similar), construction scheduling, CAD or BIM software, and cost estimating tools.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to various stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to think critically and deliver creative solutions in high-pressure situations.
