Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Building Manager / Project Manager to oversee daily operations and maintenance of assigned facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring buildings are well-maintained, safe, and compliant, while also coordinating projects, repairs, and improvements. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in facility management and project oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day building operations, including maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets for facility upgrades or improvements.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities meet standards and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
• Address facility-related concerns promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in building management, project management, or facilities oversight.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
• Familiarity with budget management and procurement processes preferred.
