🏗️ Senior Project Manager – Institutional Construction (Healthcare & Education) | Miami, FL
Our client, a leading General Contractor in South Florida, is seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven experience in institutional construction - bonus if it is healthcare and education facilities .
This is a key leadership role for an experienced professional ready to manage complex, high-profile projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of assigned projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Lead project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Manage budgets, schedules, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, design teams, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
Requirements:
- 7–10+ years of project management experience in institutional construction (healthcare, education, or similar).
- Proven ability to manage large, complex projects successfully.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and project controls.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
- Local candidates preferred.
