Senior Project Manager
with proven experience in
institutional construction - bonus if it is healthcare and education facilities . This is a key leadership role for an experienced professional ready to manage complex, high-profile projects. Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of assigned projects from pre-construction through completion. Lead project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Manage budgets, schedules, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, design teams, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards. Requirements: 710+ years of project management experience in
institutional construction
(healthcare, education, or similar). Proven ability to manage large, complex projects successfully. Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and project controls. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar). Local candidates preferred.
