LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Project Manager, specializing in office furniture, to assist a great client in Tampa, FL. The Project Manager is responsible for managing, planning, and directing the office furniture projects within the desired timeline and budgeting. Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Coordination: Review proposals, set timelines, allocate resources, and coordinate with vendors and trades (e.g., electricians, cabling, installation teams).
  • Scheduling & Communication: Develop phase-specific work plans and collaborate with the Installation Manager and Production Coordinator to schedule teams and deliveries.
  • Design & Documentation: Create floor plans, CAD drawings, and prepare job quotes while confirming inventory and ensuring timely product purchases.
  • Customer Engagement: Attend meetings with customers and vendors, offer design and space planning solutions, and provide superior service throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Site & Team Management: Conduct site evaluations, communicate with Project Coordinators to validate sales orders, and outline responsibilities.
  • Professional Standards: Uphold company policies, maintain confidentiality, report unresolved issues, and foster a respectful, team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a Project Manager role
  • AutoCAD experience required
  • Office furniture experience required
Work Type
  • Full time, onsite, direct hire
  • Pay: $80-95kyear (commensurate with experience)
