Position Summary:LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a temp to hire Receptionist for a great client in Sarasota, FL. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working in a front-desk, customer/client-facing environment and lead with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist all visitors, ensuring they are signed in and directed appropriately.
  • Answer and route incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintain the reception area and conference rooms to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate meeting room reservations and assist with catering or hospitality needs.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, and data entry.
  • Assist with onboarding processes, including visitor badges and employee intake forms.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors as needed.
  • Provide support for travel arrangements, event coordination, and internal communications.
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred depending on office needs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
  • Experience with office equipment (copiers, scanners, phone systems)
Work Type:
  • Full time, onsite, temp to hire
  • Pay: $20-22/hr


Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
