We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Dallas, Texas. This role is ideal for an experienced individual with a strong background in managing cross-functional projects and driving successful outcomes. The position offers an opportunity to work within the hospitality industry, contributing to strategic initiatives and collaborating with various stakeholders. This is a 4-month contract position. 100% ONSITE in Dallas, TX 75225.


Project Manager (contract position):

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.

• Collaborate with the Shared Services Director to support and execute on special projects.

• Develop, document, and implement policies and procedures to streamline project workflows.

• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and milestones.

• Utilize project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, to deliver efficient project outcomes.

• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

• Provide detailed project updates and reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.

• Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of systems, such as Coupa.

• Foster a collaborative team environment and maintain open channels of communication.

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices throughout all project phases.

• A minimum of 7 years of project management experience with a strong attention to detail.
• Proven expertise in managing cross-functional projects within diverse industries.
• Strong familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• PMP Certification or equivalent formal project management training.
• Experience with documentation, policy creation, and process improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
• Prior experience with Coupa or similar systems is highly desirable.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain focus on project objectives.
