Civil Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Civil Project Manager to join our growing team in the Chicagoland area. This role will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Lead project meetings and resolve issues that may impact timelines or deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Manage all phases of civil construction projects, including site development, infrastructure, and utility work.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing civil construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, AutoCAD).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
