Project Manager – Structural Steel Fabrication

Take ownership of structural steel projects from concept through completion. This role offers direct involvement in design coordination, value engineering, fabrication planning, field operations, and final erection. You’ll partner with customers, engineers, and internal teams to deliver complex commercial, industrial, and data center projects on time and on budget.

Work alongside senior leaders with 30+ years in the structural steel industry while gaining exposure to fabrication processes, shop operations, and field installations. You’ll manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation while driving collaboration between designers, detailers, and field crews. This is a growth-focused position within a rapidly expanding fabricator handling high-profile, technically challenging projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

• Experience in structural steel fabrication, commercial construction, or industrial projects preferred

• Skilled in project scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor coordination

• Self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
