Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee electrical construction projects to ensure alignment with contract documents, plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Interface directly with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan, coordinate, and manage on-site operations.
  • Provide technical guidance including drawing interpretation, issue resolution, and recommendations on construction and maintenance practices.
  • Assist in developing and enforcing project procedures and quality standards.
  • Ensure all on-site personnel adhere to safety protocols and client-specific procedures.
  • Supervise crews including Foremen and Craftsmen.
  • Participate in safety meetings and ongoing training.
  • Model safe work behavior and consistently use personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of electrical experience in a commercial or industrial setting (required).
  • Journeyman Electrician License (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Familiarity with NEC requirements and OSHA safety standards.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours including overtime, occasional weekends, holidays, and overnight travel.
  • Willingness to travel to support major commercial and industrial clients across North America.
  • Physically capable of lifting/moving up to 75 lbs, working in awkward positions, climbing ladders, and using hand/power tools.
  • Must pass background check, MVR check, and drug screening.
