Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee electrical construction projects to ensure alignment with contract documents, plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Interface directly with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan, coordinate, and manage on-site operations.
- Provide technical guidance including drawing interpretation, issue resolution, and recommendations on construction and maintenance practices.
- Assist in developing and enforcing project procedures and quality standards.
- Ensure all on-site personnel adhere to safety protocols and client-specific procedures.
- Supervise crews including Foremen and Craftsmen.
- Participate in safety meetings and ongoing training.
- Model safe work behavior and consistently use personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of electrical experience in a commercial or industrial setting (required).
- Journeyman Electrician License (preferred).
- Valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Familiarity with NEC requirements and OSHA safety standards.
- Flexibility to work varying hours including overtime, occasional weekends, holidays, and overnight travel.
- Willingness to travel to support major commercial and industrial clients across North America.
- Physically capable of lifting/moving up to 75 lbs, working in awkward positions, climbing ladders, and using hand/power tools.
- Must pass background check, MVR check, and drug screening.
