We are looking for an experienced Support Project Manager/Lead to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee IT projects, procurement, and operational management within a dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a demonstrated track record in project management, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Define project scope and objectives while engaging relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop and implement detailed project schedules, action plans, and procedures to drive project success.
• Lead and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication across all teams.
• Manage project resources effectively, including personnel, tools, and budgets.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to established targets.
• Identify and address issues promptly, escalating them when necessary to maintain project progress.
• Oversee IT procurement, billing functions, contract management, and license administration.
• Collaborate with firm practice areas to provide technology outreach and support.
• Administer firm policies and perform other related duties as assigned.• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least five years of experience in IT-related roles.
• Minimum of three years of proven success in project management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and familiarity with project management tools.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in coding and experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and adapt to a high-paced environment.
