• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience demonstrating attention to detail.
• 4-7 years of proven experience in project and program management.
• Familiarity with concepts, practices, and procedures within the industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct and motivate teams.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to upper management.
• Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments.
