Core 22 Design Build LLC is hiring: Senior Commercial Construction Project Manag

Core 22 Design Build LLC is on the rise, and we’re looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager who’s ready to take the lead on transformative projects and grow with one of the most driven teams in the business.

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Large scale, multi-story, complex construction projects from start to finish.
• Managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams
• Collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal teams to exceed expectations
• Navigating challenges and solving problems with creativity and confidence
• Mentoring junior staff and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
• Each project has assigned PM Assistant working with you.

What You Bring to the Table

• 7+ years of Project Manager experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Deep knowledge of construction methods, codes, safety, and project delivery
• Strong leadership and communication skills; you’re calm under pressure and clear under chaos.
• Experience with Procore project management platform preferred.
