This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What Youll Be Doing Large scale, multi-story, complex construction projects from start to finish. Managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams Collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal teams to exceed expectations Navigating challenges and solving problems with creativity and confidence Mentoring junior staff and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence Each project has assigned PM Assistant working with you.
What You Bring to the Table 7+ years of Project Manager experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects. Deep knowledge of construction methods, codes, safety, and project delivery Strong leadership and communication skills; youre calm under pressure and clear under chaos. Experience with Procore project management platform preferred.
