We are seeking an experienced

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects that align with business goals. You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, and act as the main liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of IT systems and project management best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle for IT initiatives, from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, analysts, and vendors.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and business expectations.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Facilitate effective communication between business units, IT teams, and external partners.
• Oversee change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure contract compliance.
  
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management or similar roles.
• Proven track record of delivering technology projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and/or Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software implementation, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity concepts is desirable.
