The role demands leading cross-functional product development projects from inception to completion, demonstrating a successful track record with multiple projects managed concurrently.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional product development projects from inception to completion.
- Manage multiple projects, objectives, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Recognize, summarize, and articulate trades in terms of quality, scope, time, and budget.
- Build credibility and positive working relationships, influencing stakeholders and team members at all levels.
- Communicate objectives, priorities, and progress clearly and effectively.
- Present effectively in front of management and key customers.
- Experience with Stage-gate
- 5+ years of experience in leading cross-functional projects.
- Experience in biotechnology/life science industry.
- Experience in product manufacturing environments.
- Experience working in GMP or laboratory environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
- Bachelors Degree.
- PMP Certification preferred.
- Effective listening skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
The role requires working in a product manufacturing environment, specifically within biotechnology or life science sectors, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven, capable of using project management tools and software efficiently.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $135000.00/yr.
Formal project management training, such as PMBOK. PMP Certification preferred.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience leading cross-functional product development projects from inception to completion. Established track record of successful projects.
- Demonstrated track record of managing multiple projects, objectives, deadlines simultaneously.
This is a fully onsite position in Camarillo,CA.
