Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Our client is a regional public accounting firm seeking an Accountant to join their Concord, NH office. This position supports a variety of assurance and tax engagements while building technical and client service skills in a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities of the Accountant include but are not limited to:

  • Perform audit fieldwork and compliance testing across key financial areas
  • Prepare tax returns and assist with basic tax research
  • Contribute to financial statement preparation in accordance with GAAP
  • Track time and expenses accurately for client billing
  • Support client relationship management and attend industry events as needed

Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Familiarity with GAAP, GAAS, and basic tax compliance principles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to learn and navigate multiple accounting software applications
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
