Accountant – (Growth Path)

NYC (Hybrid: 2x/week in-office)
$80–85K base + 401(k) match + benefits
Full-time | M–F, 8am–5pm

We're hiring an Accountant (or a rising Staff ready to get there) to join a fast-moving, PE-backed team with real complexity to own. Think: multi-entity consolidation, equity accounting, ERP optimization, and lots of growth ahead.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the monthly close + ensure GL accuracy
• Consolidate financials across multiple subsidiaries
• Handle intercompany eliminations + assist with PPA and investment accounting
• Support audits, tax compliance, and ERP tool rollouts (Sage Intacct, Planful, etc.)
• Collaborate across teams to turn numbers into strategy

You're a fit if you:

• BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Have 2+ yrs of accounting experience (multi-entity a plus)
• Understand GAAP and how to apply it
• Are detail-obsessed, proactive, and hungry for more ownership
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
